What Our Duties Are
We take care of the following, and then some!
● Writing Repair Proposals, Amendments & chasing down documents
● Review all documents for compliance
● Distribute and submit documents to clients, lenders, title companies, and brokerage admins
● Replying & handling late night requests from lenders, title companies, etc
● Schedule inspections, final walk-throughs, manage last minute quotes and bids from contractors for negotiation purposes
● Manage timelines & deadlines to operate efficiently
● Close out listing on MLS
